"I had the beats by Dr Dre Headphones and they snapped in half so i got on the phone right away with SquareTrade and it took less than 5 Minutes and they sent me a Prepaid Shipping label to sent the headphones in and i packaged them up and dropped them off at my Local UPS store and within 30 minutes i got an email from SquareTrade saying they sent the money to my Paypal account and i was surprised how i shipped and got the money back the same day within 2 hours after i broke my headphones.
