"iPhone 5 got wet and it was covered by our Squaretrade warranty. Took the phone to an Apple store for replacement. We paid in Apple store, but immediately sent the receipt to Squaretrade via email. They processed the refund to our paypal account right away. Great experience!! Highly recommend :)"

"I signed up for Square Trade coverage for a refurbished iPad 4 I bought on eBay. When the home button started to fail I filed with Square Trade to cover the repair, within 24 hours I had approval. After getting it repaired at a local shop all I had to do was send a scan of the receipt and within hours I was fully reimbursed via Paypal! It couldn't have been easier! "

"On October 26, 2014 my dog chased the cat across the desk starting a domino affect reaction ending with a diet coke spilling onto the key board of my laptop. It would no long boot-up. On October 30, 4 days later, I called Square Trade. The rep was courteous and professional. "I broke my iPhone 5S pretty badly. I accidentally dropped it and not only shattered the screen, but the display was broken too. Luckily, I had a square trade warranty and within minutes of filing a claim online, I had approval to get repairs at the apple store. The apple store repaired my phone and within minutes of e-mailing my receipt to square trade, I was reimbursed for the full cost of the repairs (minus the $99 delectable).
