"Had very good experience with recent SquareTrade claim. TV repair was needed. Part was shipped to me, technician came and confirmed part replacement was not enough and confirmed with SquareTrade to get a full refund. Highly recommend SquareTrade, not the first time with good service for me."

"It doesn't get any easier than using Square Trade. Hardware on my computer gave way. Square Trade accepted my claim--no hassles--arranged for FedEx to deliver packaging, I FedEx-ed computer and within days I had my computer back up and running looking good as new! Had this not all occurred over holiday week-end the whole transaction (time to ship, time to repair, time to return) would have taken maybe 5 days. Square Trade, pleasure doing business with you! I am thrilled that I was smart enough to sign up for your service!"

"I purchased a Gateway desktop computer from Amazon last year & decided to also get the 2 Yr Warranty from Square Trade. My computer started malfunctioning so I filed a claim with Square Trade. They sent me a claim number & gave me instruction via email regarding the process & reimbursement for repair. Long story short, I paid $349.99 for my Gateway PC plus $96.99 for the 2-year Square Trade Warranty thru Amazon. My video card went bad & it cost $224.25 to get it repaired/replaced. "After my Chromebook got damaged I sent SquareTrade the sale information from Amazon. Within 48 hours, I was sent a shipping label to exchange the damaged item and after shipping the item it was only 12 hours before my reimbursement to replace the item was issued by SquareTrade. Seamless and fast service!"
