"This is our first experience in redeeming the warranty we purcahsed for s cordless telephone. After replacing the battery and the phone was still inoperable, we contacted "ST" and they promptly sent us instructions for returning the unit and we received it for a full credit in less than five business days. "

"SquareTrade proved themselves, once again, that they are respectable company and that my loyalty to them will last for generations! I had a problem with a ahrd-drive and in an instant phone cal, no question asked, they stood by their word and provide me with a shipping label. At the same day I sent the drive, I received the full amount back, as they promised.
