Fortunately I had the foresight to buy a square trade warranty. "I was very pleased with the service at Square Trade and would not hesitate to purchase again. The phone reps were fair-minded, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. They were prompt on arranging a service repair visit. The repair tech was courteous and knowledgeable. After being unable to repair my product, I received a check from Square Trade in less than 1 week. That's very good servicing!"
