"Very pleased with Square Trade warranties. I had to file two different claims a day apart. For the first claim, they repaired my son's Ipod. Couldn't ask for faster service. It was 6 days from the time I filed the claim and received the repaired Ipod back to our house. For the second claim, Square Trade refunded the purchase price on our dvd player. The entire process from filing the claim, returning the item and receiving the refund was about 2 weeks. Would highly recommend Square Trade for your warranties."

"I called Squaretrades with a computer problem. I got right through to customer service and was told I could take it to a local repair shop or they would have a repair place come to my home. I dropped it off at the local repair shop and they fixed it. I faxed the Invoice to Square Trades and 24 hours later they paid the Invoice. I have bought all of my warranties through SquareTrade. "I couldn't be happier with SquareTrade's service. I bought a Kindle, used on eBay earlier this year. I had a problem with the screen as many people have where the screen froze with black lines and dead lines all across it. SquareTrade fixed it once in July and then the same thing happened in mid-November.
