"I had a first edition Kindle with a squaretrade warranty for 3 years on it. I am not sure what happened but the screen was damaged and I filed claim, No hassle from SqT they took it back and repaired it. it was working great at first then started to have freezing problems I then claimed again on it and I was given a check to get a new kindle! and of course I immediately got a squaretrade warranty on the new one. It was so hassle free my experience was great thank you!"

Minutes later, I had filed a claim with SquareTrade. In less than 12 hours from filing the claim, they had approved my claim and sent me a link to a printable UPS label.
