"I have bought many SquareTrade warranties but never had to use one. My experience was wonderful. The computer monitor went out and so I filed the claim online with SquareTrade. I couldn't believe how easy that was. Within 24 hours my claim had been approved for full refund of the purchase price. I boxed up my monitor and took it to UPS using the Pre-Paid UPS label.
