After speaking with a phone representative, I was emailed a return label for my item and received my refund (an Amazon gift credit) the day I dropped my package off at fed ex. "I bought a tablet for my son for Christmas last year and was smart enough to purchase additional warranty coverage; as he is only 6 years old. He actually took great care of it, but for some reason it stopped taking a charge. Would not power on at all. The manufacturer would not cover it at all, but SquareTrade took care of it quickly. I sent them them the broken tablet and they replaced it with the full purchase price. Best warranty coverage ever!"

"I had a great experience with squad trade, good customer service and they send you a gift card or check within couple days of your claims. I filed about 5 claims for my kids tablets, Squad trade didn't waste any time to send my Amazon gift certificate. I recommend everyone to buy square trade warranty especially for your kids electronic devices. "

"Outstanding customer service! Firstly, they were kind enough to honor my claim although I was technically still in the "waiting period". (Phone got broken within the first week of purchase.) And the process couldn't have gone smoother, under the circumstances. I paid the deductible, took the phone to a local shop for repair, got the phone back good as new, emailed a photo of the receipt from my phone and was reimbursed the very same day. And, best of all, I saved $140 on the whole deal. Square Trade is AWESOME!"
