"I was absolutely pleased with their service. I broke my headset and called the company. I was told there is no repair for the Beats I had. I was promptly emailed an UPS label which I sent off the same day. I received an email 2 days letter telling me mycheck was being mailed out. I received it2 days later. All total a 5 day turn around time. Great, swift service. "
