"Amazingly fast and easy. Anyone who is hesitant to purchase a third party warranty can rest assured that Square Trade is for real. I typically have a lot of warrantied devices because I buy a lot of tech stuff. I had an easier time getting the service I paid for with square trade than any other retail store period. I would definitely use them again and again. They even covered the shipping of the defective item, I mean what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, the refund came faster than I even hoped for."

"I purschased a digital music recorder on ebay and was fortunate enough to purchase the SquareTrade warranty as well. A couple months in, the hard drive crashed on the unit and the manufacturer wanted to charge more than I paid for the unit to fix it. SquareTrade took care of it quickly and easily and in only a couple days I have a new recorder on its was to me. Nice to know someone actually backs up their claims. I'm very impressed with SquareTrade and won't hesitate to use them again for future purchases. "
