"Great, hassle-free service. I insured a bluray player a couple years ago. The disc tray developed an ejecting issue. I filed a claim, and a few days later I was issued a full refund in the form of an Amazon gift card (which was my choice out of a paypal deposit or a mailed check). All you have to do is give them the receipt, which is as easy as forwarding an email if you purchased online, otherwise you can send them a physical copy, which they’ll keep on file should you ever need to file a claim."
