"I bought a microphone on ebay and also purchased a warranty from SquareTrade. After 11 months the microphone had a problem. Following their process, I shipped the item to SquareTrade. I received a full refund from SquareTrade with-in 10 days of shipment. This is an excellent vendor for warranties."

"Squaretrade took care of me. Though I did get a call from a rep saying I wasnt covered because of the date I purchased the item. He took the time to understand my situation and helped me out. There was a mix up on my end but it was resolved. I use squaretrade for all my warranty needs. I have filed two claims and both were fulfilled and it was easy. I will continue to use squaretrade. Thanks guys!"

"This is the second time I've had a claim with SquareTrade and they are well worth the price of the insurance. Without issue, the purchase price of the computer was refunded. I only had to fill out a claim form and the purchase price of the computer was in my account within 36 hours. I recommend SquareTrade to everyone and have it on all my electronics."

"It was SOOOOO easy. I had been putting off calling for warranty repairs knowing I would get the run around.A pleasant surprise was in store for me. I could not be more pleased. My call was answered almost immediately. Customer Service was polite and knowledgeable. My claim was settled in less than 5 minutes for a full refund. Received the check in 3 days.They even let me keep the computer. That's a deal you can't match anywhere."

"This warrenty was the best one I have every purchased. Didn't have any trouble with my camera for over a year and then I had to send it in. Well within a couple days had it back with new lens and some other things fixed and cleaned. Then something else happened to it and sent it back - same thing fixed and mailed back within a couple days. Well then it stopped working and they refunded my orginal price to paypal. Would buy Square Trade Again. Larry"

"I am completely impressed with SquareTrade. I had never heard of them until I was offered a warranty on an eBay purchase about a year ago. Because the item a was buying (a DVD/HDD recorder) was a replacement for one that had broken, I thought a warranty might be a good idea (and the price was very reasonable). After using the unit for about a year, the DVD recorder portion stopped working. I e-mailed SquareTrade using the form on their website, describing the problem in detail. "This is a new warranty order for a new computer I just purchased on eBay. My old computer which was under a Square Trade warranty had died. Square Trade handled the warranty claim in an excellent manner and I received a full refund of the purchase price I had paid for the old computer which was almost two years old. Fantastic job Square Trade. You have just made another lifetime customer. I will use Square Trade for all of my warranty purchases. "

They are much, much cheaper than any warranty that is offered in the stores and they have such great service, I am benefitting on both ends.
