"By far, the best experience I could have wanted. The response was lightning fast to my claim, and it was made on a weekend. I had the shipping label Sunday so the item was able to ship out first thing Monday morning. The money was transferred to my pay pal Monday night! I will use Square Trade for every purchase and recommend it to my friends and family."
