"I made one phone call to Square Trade, and they immediately authorized a replacement hand set for our Panasonic Digital Phone System. I e-mailed them a copy of the replacement that I purchased, and within 2 days our PayPal account was credited for the full purchase price. This is a great company, and we just purchased IPhone warranties from them. Would highly recommend this company to all."
"SquareTrade is incredible! I had purchased the warranty with thought that in case the speaker stops working, I'll be able to get it fixed. Unfortunately, a coworker accidentally broke it by falling over on it. SquareTrade covered it with a full refund and I was able to purchase a new speaker. Their warranty is exactly what they say. I printed the shipping label, mailed the item to SquareTrade, and received a refund within a matter of days.
