Unfortunately, a coworker accidentally broke it by falling over on it. SquareTrade covered it with a full refund and I was able to purchase a new speaker. Their warranty is exactly what they say. I printed the shipping label, mailed the item to SquareTrade, and received a refund within a matter of days.
