"I've purchased several warranties from this company. For my first time I had to had to submit a claim on a warranty for an ADH issue. The issue was promptly solved and I received a quick payout to paypal as soon as all requested items had been submitted. Claim process was wonderful and I could not ask for more."

"I LOVE SQUARETRADE! My laptop broke, and I called up SquareTrade and was told I would be reimbursed the full amount (NO DEDUCTIBLE) after sending it in to be inspected. They kept their word, and I received a deposit of $599.99 into my PayPal account within a week of shipping it off. "SquareTrade is an excellent company to do business with. I chose SquareTrade insurance coverage for my smartphone because it was less than half the cost of ATR&T's coverage. Recently the phone got wet and SquareTrade paid off my claim as soon as they received the broken phone back. The process was absolutely painless and they even paid for the return shipping. "this was my first time filing a claim for a product that was purchased 18 months ago. i encountered great telephone service support that suggested various quick and easy options... and that was followed by great email communication monitoring about each step of the claim/return and refund process that proceeded smoothly in the time frame predicted i purchased a new product and instantly bought another square trade warranty to cover it many thanks,"

"I've never had a simpler process. I purchased my 3 year warranty 2 years ago, my product starting acting up, I filed a claim with Square Trade expecting a service repair. I was issued a refund for my entire purchase price within 3 days. I didn't have to hassle with appointments or forms. I can now purchase a new item and yes, I would get another warranty for it with Square Trade. I'm glad I have 10 other warranties with them....I would highly recommend Square Trade!"
