"This was my first experience having to file a claim with Square Trade Warranty even though I own about 4 different Warranty/Insurance type policies. This policy was for a iPad 2 that I had bought used & the original owner had purchased the warranty & transferred it to me upon purchase. I was absolutely amazed how easy the whole process was and how smoothly it all went. Our 5 year old son accidentally dropped our iPad & cracked the screen.
