ST emailed a UPS label, I shipped the phone to them and it was returned FIXED in about a week. Cheaper than the carrier's extended warranty too! Very impressed."

"For the first time in 15 years, I dropped my cell phone in water. I purchased my first ADH policy for my iPhone, and I am so glad I did! I filed my claim on a Friday evening, received an email Saturday that the claim was processed, got a new phone from Apple on Sunday, and Tuesday received a deposit from SquareTrade into my PayPal account. I don't see how the transaction could have been any easier or efficient! I just purchased new phones for my two sons, and I will be buying policies for their phones today!"

They issued me a postage label within 24 hrs, approved my claim within 3 days, and I had the FULL Price I paid for my laptop in 3 more days!!! I'm writing this review on my NEW laptop!!!
