"Square Trade was incredibly simple to deal with, I called to ask which number on the back of my cell phone which stopped working was the serial number as I was trying to submit a claim on line but I couldn't determine which number they wanted, and the person told me that they already had that information as it was purchased on ebay, so they sent me an e-mail that had the UPS label to return the unit for testing. I sent it in a within about a week they had received the phone and determined that it was covered and they refund... read more

"I have several warranties with Squaretrade. This was my second time "needing" them. They were fantastic. The whole claim process is extremely easy. I have been recommending them to everyone I know. I use to purchase warranties from the stores I'd purchase my items from. Not anymore. From now on, I will only use Squaretrade. As a matter of fact, the other day I just insured my wife's brand new iPad. I will use them when my wife buys me an iPad. Probably never. LOL"

"This was my 2nd claim filed with SquareTrade in the last two months, and both were effortless. In this case, I reported that my Sidekick phone was experiencing extremely short battery life and a malfunctioning button. The following day, I received an email from SquareTrade stating that, although battery life was not covered, they could offer some suggestions as to how I could rectify my problem.
