I followed the directions on how to file a claim and received a PayPal deposit for the exact amount. It could not have been any easier. "Square Trade is the best as far as I am concerned. I purchased a warranty for my PC 2 years ago, then after two years it started crashing. I restored to original settings 4 times but still was not working. I called SquareTrade and told them my problem and what I'd tried to do to get it going again. Within the hour I was told my purchase price would be sent to me! The operator suggested PayPal to reimburse me and I said that's great. Within 2 days I had my money and purchased another PC.
