"I am so happy I chose SquareTrade to warranty my daughter's new laptop. She only had it for approx 1 month when she dropped the laptop on the cement floor in her dorm room. SquareTrade answered my claim within 24 hours and over the Labor Day Holiday weekend advising me that I could print off a prepaid mailing label and send the computer to them. "I have been using SquareTrade for approx. 5 years now and have purchased around 15 warranties. Up until now, I have never had to use them so I never knew what filing claim would REALLY be like. A recent mishap had me sending a laptop that landed on the floor into SquareTrade. I cannot describe how easy and FAST it all went. "This is the second time I've needed to make a claim on one of my Squaretrade warranties, and in both, they were amazingly helpful and efficient, providing postage-paid shipping of the damaged product and then a quick full insurance payment.
