"SquareTrade is a must have for any electronics if you want peace of mind. Value coupled with excellent customer service is what my experience is with SquareTrade. My cordless phone went bad and I opened a claim. They asked me to ship the unit. As soon as i shipped, my paypal account was credited even before the item reaching them. Now, that is SPEED...! It feels so good to have a safety net."
"Wow. Camera took a splash and died. Fortunately had the SquareTrade warranty on board... within a few days they had sent me an Amazon card to replace the entire camera...which I did...and managed to drop the new one in a lake...only to have them replace this one again, no questions asked. Have to say, I no longer buy warranties from retailers...I head home, log on, and do the SquareTrade thing for a better warranty at a fraction of the price. Very impressed with their operation.
