"I would recommend this warranty to ANYONE! We purchased a refubished Digital Voice Recorder on ebay. SquareTrade warrantied the recorder for 2 years beyond the 90 day warranty that came with it! When the item failed after a year, we spent 20 minutes submitting the claim. They gave us a prepaid shipping label to send them the recorder and within a week we had the money in Paypal.
