"I had gotten a warranty on my refurbished desktop, which I had purchased from ebay. The warranty was inexpensive, and easy to do. My desktop stopped working, I called squaretrade to report it and 2-3 days later a refund was issued. Very happy with SquareTrade. I will be using them again. Glad I bought the warranty!!! "These guys really are the best!!! All their advertising is true about the 5 Day Guarantee!! My DVD player broke, I had a warranty with them. I put in a claim online in just a few minutes. "The best thing I did was purchase the SquareTrade warranty on my ebay purchase! My projector failed to stay running and I contacted Square Trade on a Sunday to start the claim process. I had a mailing label emailed to me the same day. I sent the projector out on Monday and by Friday they had determined repair was not cost effective and credited me the full purchase price to my Pay pal account. How can it get any better?
