"Square trade is great! Their prices are reasonable, and claims are quick, easy and painless! I've had two claims in 2009, and both went smoothly and quickly. I just logged into the web site, filed the claim online, and they emailed me to send in the product. In the email was a link for a shipping label. They track the package from you shipping it until it reaches them, and then they promptly issue a decision. In my case it was to refund my purchase price in full. I'm very satisfied with Square Trade."

"Well. While I had grown trust in Square trade over the years, and been telling all that they were the best, they disapointed me in having a policy that caused an issue. They did come through even though it was against their policy, which restored my feelings and I am continuing to tell people about how good Square trade is. They work with in a personal way all the way. I will be continuing to use Sqaure Trade for all my Electronics purchases. "

"I cannot say enough good things about SquareTrade Warranties. From the beginning, it has been great doing business with them. Their fully-automated system is a breeze to use. I initially bought a couple of warranties from them. My XBox 360, which I warrantied through them, broke and my kids were upset to say the least. But, no fear, SqaureTrade to the rescue. "Squaretrade warranty is quick and easy. I had an issue with my phone, sent it in the prepaid UPS label and within 5 days they had reimbursed me for my item . Just added 3 more warranties with them."

"Offered lightening quick service and response time on a warranty for my X-Box 360. Shipping label for the return of the item was available almost immediately and I received my refund very quickly after they received and inspected the item. It was well worth the price of admission (which was quite a bit lower than competitive warranties for the same item). No complaints here. I have another warranty through them and will continue to purchase warranties through them in the future."

"claim # 014753608635 So... I have deleted my post with negative feedback. I didnt believe that someone from Squaretrade would call me as it was promised from their post reply.But they did it.. Kord, Customer Experience Manager, called me in a couple days and we discussed this situation. To make this story short I got full refund for damaged iphone and full refund for warranty.I really didnt expect this situation would resolve in such way. "I bought this warranty from Square Trade not expecting to ecer use it. Fast forward a year and a few months and I turn on my camera and all I see is a shatter across the screen. I remembered the name of my warranty company and filed a claim. Was contacted by an agent. I printed out the return lable they gave me, and sent the camera off to their warehouse.
