Told me I had to send in everything just like the way I bought it I sent it to them and all I received back was my soundbar no speakers no cords or anything I called them and all they want to do is we will investigate the problem and text you with the response I told them to send me my speakers and my cords or reimburse me for the full amount of purchase price but all they said was we will investigate and text you with a email
I've been trying to get a replacement and nothing.
While we had quick response to our tv’ s black screen, we were not happy with the choices offered of a replacement tv. Our choices of 4 only were of older model tvs, not a newer updated one. We would have preferred a cash refund of the value we paid so we could shop for what we wanted.
Literally put my claim in at the beginning of March, stated i would receive an email confirmation! Got the email fairly quickly! Well, after that email… it stated that i would receive another email soon, in regard to picking a different set of headphones! Never got the email. Tried to get in contact with someone i regard to my claim… never heard back! What’s the point of having a “protection plan” if you’re never going to hear back! Im highly disappointed! They do not cover anything.
I gave an honest rating earlier, and Allstate keeps emailing me over and over to complete a survey I already did.
I bought a rug from Wayfair and purchased an extended warranty. The rug is falling apart (the fibers are coming out piece by piece and it wasn't very noticeable at the beginning...now it is!) and the warranty doesn't cover it. Wayfair doesn't cover it and the manufacturer doesn't cover it. Worthless!
Horrendous experience where they sent and cancelled parts prior to tech visit (sign of an upcoming issue). Tech came, heard and saw problem. Video'd the issue. Was here 20 or so minutes. Allstate then denied the repair. Huh? Conatcted them and seller (Costco. If that's where you purchased the contract get them involved). A bit of a runaround and but was aked to submit my own video. Again, HUH? Repair now approved. Parts on their way. Tech next week. More than 3 week process MAY be over???
I’ve been trying to get my item fix and I get a message that they can’t do nothing about it then what’s the point on having insurance. And another thing I have another item to get checked and they keep sending me to the manufacturer when no reponse from them. You guys need to do better on your customer service people.
