I never received my package even though it was shipped in February
It's now over a month and I'm still waiting and expecting it to be delivered. Thank you!
there is no one who speaks english or understands how difficult it is to get a package when you have no idea when it will be delivered and you are not home to sign for it and they will make no convenient allowances even when you prove without a doubt you are the person who paid for the play station, paid for the protection plan and are waiting months to receive the product fixed.
Sent my watch in on warranty received it back stating they replaced the battery worked 1 week and will not turn back or even charge. Tried to file new claim and will not let me
Insufficient parts arrived for the repair of my LG TV. The repair tech was fantastic but without the correct parts, was unable to repair the TV. I was assured I'd hear back from the company earlier this week, but so far, nothing at all. I've been a couple of weeks now without my TV. This is not great at all.
was not even offered to have part replaced, which is probaby 2.00 for a flap. I wanted it to work. manufacturer did not reply for 1 year. Should have been offered replacement not cash.

Tuve que ir a las redes y buscar varios números, llamar a cada uno hasta encontrar el correcto para reclamar. Para que arreglen el enser también es difícil. Uno busca el técnico y pagando de mí bolsillo.
They sent me a broken car for replacement, and when i talked to them they said wait for an email in the next 2 days but i didn’t receive anything until now
