I bought a 65 in TV from Costco (along with this protection plan)Then 2 and a half years later and it just stopped working. I watched one night with no problems and turned it on the next night and it was not working. I put in a claim at Allstate. Explaining the issue and did some troubleshooting with them and the next day I got an email requesting photos of my TV. Had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling correctly and had repairs that didn’t fix the issue. Allstate Protection Plan made it very easy to just to replace the refrigerator. I thank Allstate for there quick response in replacement of my refrigerator after it was determined that the refrigerator could not be fixed. Thank You. Regards Daniel Silva

Had to use warranty to fix damaged laptop, 2 months from end of warranty period. Not only was the laptop repair to original condition, they replaced the damaged power supply as well!! Very happy with the entire process.

Several times in the last few years I've had to go to Square Trade (Allstate) and get something fixed. The Vacuum Cleaner stopped working, they repaired it and the repairs did not fix it because a plastic piece broke off when it was shipped back. So they issued me a credit with which I was able to buy a good/working vacuum cleaner. Two space heaters stopped working, so they issued me refund/credits and I can now order replacements. Went to Sam’s Club, they helped navigate the web site. By the time I got home. My claim was approved and by that evening I had an E-card to purchase new glass!
