Reported broken TV to Allstate, believe it was Square Trade also thought picture was bad and offered several TVs as replacements. We selected one of TV offered and it never came. It would take more than a quick grab and run. So where it the TV?
Hi Allstate, My experience with Walmart and you guys has been a nightmare. I had a computer keyboard I purchased through Walmart on line. I purchased a extended warrantee. Wel the keyboard died. I spent close to 6 1/2 hours trying to get someone to help me. That was the first day. Second day same thing, dropped calls, customer reps assuring me it will be handled. Cause I filled claim on 10/2/2024. I submitted photos, serial number of product etc. agent still sending me email asking same thing over again. Agent wants to see damaged on product, I emailed it is electrical issues not miss use or physical damaged. I called their toll free number and explained, they told me claim still under review, agent will contact me via email. I been waiting since then.

Filing, the claim is ridiculous with this company. You have all the information needed and it's not exceptional. Why offer this Service, if you're gonna make it hard for the consumer to file a claim to be reimbursed. In the future, if a retailer is offering all state, I will refuse because it makes no sense.What it takes to get reimbursed on acclaim
Multiple calls and registering a claim with Allstate based on Costco's direction never produced a service visit. Finally contacted LG directly and after filing a claim with them, they sent an LG tech today. (10/15/2024). Took a total of 11 days to get a service repair on an appliance we purchased a 3-year extended warranty.
After identifying what is wrong with my chair, he said that parts would be ordered and someone would. Be in touch to schedule. That was 2 weeks ago. No follow-up. Crickets.
Sent my laptop in for a new battery, when I got my laptop back everything I had on my computer was GONE! I bought my laptop with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, when I got it back they had put Windows 10 on it! Why would they put Windows 10 on a computer that had Windows 11 on it...I had to reinstall Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 myself. They did a poor job on repairing the tablet. The Screen wasn't inserted all the way which caused the screen to crack again.
