I was not able to make a claim for my beats!
The serviceman replaced a belt and pulleys but the machine a day later is making more noise than before. Clearly something more serious is the problem e. g. the motor

I have been trying to get email to send my sons switch lite in for repair and every time I call in I never receive email!
My clean handling was horrible. First, rather than understanding the issue with my JBL AirPods audio, I was offered a replacement “case” which tells me that whomever handling did NOT even read my claim details. After sending an email about, I was offered the 3 options of “cheap” replacements Not even anywhere of JBL quality. I ordered a replacement for my AirPods and they said they shipped it but the person on the phone is clueless as to what’s going on.
Not recommended. Does not want pay for the coverage
Tv can't download apps like mine could. You can't down load apps at all on it.
