They didn't help me resolve my issue that I am having with my tv just gave me steps to take as if I didn't already tried this before contacting them
Wrong part came in and had to be reordered and rescheduled appointment!
I purchased a 3 year protection plan on my 55"Samsung TV. 1 year 1 month later my screen goes black. I provided all my credentials and since then I have been told that m.y replacement TV would arrive on the 1st of November. NO SHOW! Then I'm told to take more pictures and send them in an email. I did!. O get an email early this morning that state by an person by the name of Aisha that my TV has been delivered and if o had any questions to contact Squaretrade..... Worse experience at Walmart
I was very happy with my experience, until, I did no t recieve my replacement vacuum. Filed a claim, received an answer and was informed that a replacement was in order. Now I have been waiting approximately 2 weeks and still no delivery. If and when I recieve my new vacuum, I would be more than happy to update this review. If I could get anyone from ALSTATE OR WALMART, to contact me that would be great also.
I get insurance ,which wasn't what I thought . You tell me it covers electrical problems. The screen cracked , that's not covered . So if I get the more expensive insurance it covers 200 - 250 $ for screen . I find out the screen is 300 $ or more. Cheaper to not have insurance and buy a new phone. .
I asked a question about my plans from 5 days ago and still waiting on a response
In the beginning, customer service correctly diagnosed the issue with my washer not draining correctly. They set up the appt with a company they us the following Thursday. They would be shipping me the parts. The one part would arrive 2 days before the appt and the 2nd part would arrive the day of the appt. Their company changed the appt from Thursday until Friday. Thank goodness his appt was 3-6pm and the fortunately the part arrived around 1:30pm. I don't know what would have happened if the part arrived after the tech was... read more
