I called to file a claim and get my brakes and tires replaced on my ebike the news was a 50/50 split I was able to get my brakes replaced but unfortunately not my tires as the informed me I needed the accidental coverage and not the standard coverage when covers everything mechanical and electrical I thought tires would be mechanical as the ebike cannot run without tires but I did get the bike brakes fixed and will have to come up with the 110 dollars on my own for the tires so like I said a 50/50 split on the experience sti... read more
Filing a claim and choosing the Sam's gift card was the best way to file a claim without problems. If you select to have a check mailed to you, you will have to provide a lot more information that is already on the receipt.
