"I bought a warranty for a Roomba vacuum because they are prone to have problems and the warranty was only 90 days. My square trade warranty was very inexpensive so I considered it cheap insurance. Sure enough after I had the Roomba for a year,it quit working. I contacted Square Trade, they provided a pre-paid shipping label and no more than a week later, the full purchase price of the Roomba was deposited in my pay pal account. "I ordered a phone off of Ebay and decided since I had had some trouble with my last phone, that it would behoove me to purchase the warranty from SquareTrade.
