"We purchased a warranty with accident coverage for a cell phone from Square Trade. The phone was dropped & would no longer turn on. We sent it in to square trade (2day air at their expense). They were not able to repair it, and reimbursed us the insurance ammount within 3 business days after making the determination. So glad that we got this insurance, and I will be buying another policy for the replacement phone!"

"This is a great deal on a warranty. I had the product for a year and a half and it stopped working. I called them and they gave me free shipping to send it back. When it couldn't be repaired, they sent a full refund. I'm proud to recommend them."

"I purchased a SquareTrade warranty (including the accidental damage) in lieu of the one offered by Sprint on the new cell phone I bought. After the phone got water damaged, I made a claim to get it replace or repaired. SquareTrade was not interested in replacing or repairing my phone, but was quick to refund my purchase price minus the $50 deductible (made claim on 6/9, received refund on 6/18). "The system worked perfectly as designed. I bought the warranty and the item failed about 16 months after normal use. I contacted Squaretrade and they immediately refunded the purchase price as stated in the warranty."

"Square Trade took care of my concerns of being left out of a cell phone or the cost of one. At first I thought I was just going to get the run around and be told that the issue wasn't covered. But after I called back and they gave me everything I needed to send it in, I was impressed. I got confirmation that they received it, and shortly after that they told me that we would be reimbursed for the full amount! Thank you for taking care of me, and not making me feel like we made a big mistake! "

"I bought several warranties on some phones I bought from an eBay vendor. One of the phones just stopped working, and would constantly reboot. I sent it to SquareTrade using their prepaid UPS shipping label. They quickly acknowledged their receipt of the phone, and then they had it about one day and declared it cheaper to just refund my original purchase price than to try to repair it. "damage to my iphone happened late Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I figured I would have to wait until the following week to get service. However, I submitted my claim on Saturday and the next day I had permission to replace it at the Apple store. Within a week my money was deposited in my account. Absolutely wonderful company....no hassles at all!!!"

"Squaretrade is a joke if you do have a problem. Not only did they reject claim without even looking at the item, trying to get a refund for a canceled contract is even worse. It's like trying to take a steak away from a pitbull."
