"I purchased a refurbished dehumdifier from Ebay and purchased the 3 year warranty from SquareTrade. Just recently the coils started to freeze up, appears that the sensor that detects this and allows the coils to defrost broke. Contaced SquareTrade via the website, listed my problem, a couple hours later was sent an email outlining that it was not cost effective to repair. I recieve a document to sign and fax back. "I got a warrenty on my phone that I purchased on ebay about a year and a half ago from SquareTrade and it broke. They had the phone shipped to them and they tried to fix it. They could not fix the phone so they sent me the money I originally paid for the phone. I was extremely happy with my warrenty."
