"SquareTrade is a 5 Star, 100%, AAA rated company in my opinion. I have a total of 5 warranties with them. This was the second time that I made a claim with them in 6 months. But there was no hassle, the customer rep treated me with respect and dignity, emailed a return label within an hour, five days later, they notified me that my product was inspected and awarded me a refund for 100% of the purchase price. "This is a rip-off. READ THE FINE PRINT. They dont cover Ebay Items for damage. This company is very misleading their home page has a picture of an I-phone with a cracked screen but they dont cover a cracked screen on a remote control. Go- Figure..DONT GET DUPED LIKE I DID!!!!!!"
"I've made 2 claims in the past couple years with SquareTrade. Both have been EXCELLENT to say the least. The first one was for a used cell phone I bought from eBay that would stop working randomly after about 6 months of use. I initiated the claim online, I was then instructed to call them and then they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send back the cell phone to them. "filed a clam with square trade on bluetooth that went bad a year after buying. in just a few days after mailing it back got full price back. I am going to be useing square trade for everything I buy."
"Cell phone failure, was an e-bay item listed as refurbished. Initial report made, the service rep indicated the problem as described sounded like battery failure. After clarification of the problem symptoms they sent a PrePaid shipping label for me to send the phone in for evaluation. Inspection confirmed a covered problem, payment was processed promptly. Very satisfied with result."

"I purchased a refurbished Acer Netbook. I was a little uncomfortable with a refurb product so I purchased an additional warranty from Square Trade. 6 months into my ownership I started having problems. I called in my warranty claim. Customer service took my claim, provided me with a RMA number and provided free shipping for my return. "I purchased a refurbished 2 screen dvd player for the car. 6 months ago, the second screen stopped making sound (although the ear phone jack continued to work). Since my kids are less inclined to watch like they did prior due to handheld games, books, etc - I remembered my SquareTrade warranty. I decided I'd try to get it send in for a disposition (they can fix sometimes as well). "Squaretrade is simply amazing. First of all their warranties costs less. But when comes for service they are fast. I had 3 years squaretrade warrany on my more than 2 year old cell phone. As it went bad, they refunded the full purchase price in days. I highly recommend Squaretrade to everyone."
