"i purchased my first warranty from squaretrade on a computer i bought. the computer went down recently. i tried everything to restore it to no avail. i happened to remember about the warranty and emailed squaretrade. i could not believe how nice they were and did not give me the run around as most would have.in a couple of days they sent me a full refund for the purchase price of the computer. i still can`t believe it. i immediately ordered another computer off ebay and bought another squaretrade warranty for it. "

"Good Company. I purchased 2 year warranty for my phone purchased on eBay and nine months later a button quit working. They provided instructions to try and fix it by a hard restart, but it did not work. Then I sent the phone to them and they verified the button did not work and gave me a refund of my purchase amount. I highly recommend."
"SquareTrade should be also known as "We're Fare" Lol, I admit, I did think that I was taking a risk when I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade for all my electronic devices. "The product I purchased surrpast all my abilities to understand how to operate it properly. First I keep believeing I had ineffecient data or ability to comprehand what was to be done. Eventually I got a cable box to be the tuner required to operate properly. Still no work right,must be me. I keep fiddeling,must be me or the tapes or the DVD's not working correct. "Squaretrade honored the warranty just as they said they would but the part I thought that was not right is that I thought that the terms of the warranty protected me even if I went out and purchased another identical item (same item originally covered under the warranty) In my scenario, I paid for a 2 year warranty, the device failed in the very first month of the warranty period. "Got a refurb ipod from Woot.com last march with a 90 day warranty, and they linked to Squaretrade if I wanted an extended warranty. I figured the cheap cost of a two year warranty ($17) was worth it, so I bought one. In July (16 months later), the sound stopped working on my ipod.
