Very good and easy experience with the warranty claim. Definitely recommend it.
This is regarding an extended warranty on a dishwasher. It started having problems just after the manufacturer's warranty expired. I reached out to Allstate and started the claims process. Most of it was done online - and that made it easier. They had me describe the problem and upload some pictures. They approved my request to have a repair tech look at it. My customer representative was incredibly polite and perky (if not overly so). She was also prompt and professional.

I've had to use my protection plan 2X, and both times they made it so easy and returned my vacuum very quickly and it came back in great condition. I would definitely use them again.
