I called to make a warranty claim for a grill I purchased. It didn't take long for the agent to look into my claim. When he came back on the line, he said he had some good news for me. He said he was authorized to issue me a full refund for my purchase.
My initial interactions with Allstate (Square Trade), were very friendly, professional and helpful. They explained the process to replace my broken phone. In fact, they sent me the replacement phone over night (after paying the $129 deductible on my phone). Sadly, that phone did not work either. After calling them about THIS phone, they explained the 'procedure' for sending the phone back. I needed to have someone look at it and render it 'beyond economic repair'. This was done.
