I have purchased the Allstate warranty on 2 devices and used the plan both times. It is a deal saver for sure, especially on items that are higher risk for failure. Buy it, you won't regret it!

The process was some what extensive. I had to go over an hour away to have a phone repair shop just look at the phone and get me a quote for a repair. Then I had to submit the repair report to the insurance company and see if I would get accepted for a refund of the phone cost. Lucky I was granted a refund. Know I have to send the phone back before I can get the refund. I wish I would get the refund before I had to order a replacement phone.

Since it was a lithium battery related item there was some initial confusion that I will take some credit for regarding shipping but once that was worked out the resolution of the issue was resolved very quickly and easily. Would recommend this protection plan to everyone. Customer service was very good.
