We purchase an electronic device on eBay along with a reasonably priced Allstate plan. By the time we figured out that the device didn't work properly, the return date from eBay had passed. The seller said he could do nothing for us because it was too late, but we were able to receive a refund from Allstate. Very thankful.

You never know when these daily used devices will break down. I believe in getting insurance every time I get something electronic or some type of mechanical kitchen device.

Screen was fixed ,but it's hard to open anything without hitting it hard to open.

I was able to file a claim and approved to be reimbursed for the price of the item that was damaged. Unfortunately, the taxes and shipping were not included but my claim was approved and credit was received within a day.
