It was pleasant experience.
I have not needed to put in a claim for any of my items that I had purchased any protection plans until now. When our chair needed repairing, I contacted the protection plan and started the process. The process went really smoothly and I highly recommend the staff at the Allstate Protection Plans office.
It’s been great all but once with our 65 in TV.
From customer service, to prepaid shipping, to repair and return, the process was seamless with everyone I talked to. The total turnaround on the repair was less than a week!! Thank you.

I honestly would recommend this company everytime
They are the only insurance company I've ever dealt with that did not make me jump through hoops to take care of my broken phone. What else can I say except 'THANK YOU' wholeheartedly, but i hope I never have to use them again. ;-)
