I had issue with furniture and have raised the claim immediately after noticing the issue. Allstate understood the issue and acted fast in resolving the matter. Appreciate it.
The expire end was very quick and super easy. I was very satisfied that my glasses were replaced!!!

i was a little worried that i had to do everything on line, but it was simplified nicely!
My daughter’s computer was fixed fast and well. The man we first spoke to was at first confused because the Costco receipt did not name the computer but just an item number. When I asked him to just Google the item number to see it was indeed a computer, he did. The drop off was easy. It was returned quickly.
Worth the money. If your item can’t be repaired, they keep it and send you a check. I would buy another warranty.
The experience was ok, except for the fact that I did not get the entire price I paid for the item. It was a factory defect. I should’ve gotten the entire amount I originally paid
Allstate won't pay my claim, they say the problem isn't covered. So much for buying insurance on a TV. A total loss for me!!!!
