After exhausting our warranty with the manufacturer, then went into our extended warranty with Allstate. It took a while but in the end the warranty took care of our issue.

Same computer same price at Best Buy and Sam's Club, but the Allstate warranty available thru Sam's Club much better. I purchased the coverage that includes spillage into the keyboard and accidental drops. Welp, ending up needing the spillage coverage. Filing the claim was easier than I expected, no jumping through hoops or attempts to deny coverage. Very easy to send out computer for repair and got it back very quickly. I called did everything in 5 min, sent computer on Monday, had back at my house on Tuesday following week. Great service from all involved. This group did a great job, would recommend to all.
Excellent process and very easy to submit. My watch was scratched and cracked. I was able to file a claim, mail it, and receive it within two weeks. It was basically a brand new watch! Very happy with the outcome.
