Tv quit working properly Filed a claim 3-4 days later it was replaced
Process feels a bit automated but they did pay the claim per the policy language. Be aware that it will not pay more than you paid for the original item. If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase you will pay the difference. That was not the case for me so I'm not complaining.
