My experience with Allstate SquareTrade has been excellent. My phone had a cracked glass as well as a back cover which was repaired and taken care of quite expediently with my repair shop working with SquareTrade. However, there were unseen items in the repair that were missed requiring a second claim Allstate SquareTrade worked with me all along the way and my phone is back to the way it was thank you so much for your efficiency and expertise. Thank you
