I had a very good experience with the initial contact and the repair was fast - overnight. I would have appreciated getting a repair report on what problem or problems were found and what repairs were made, including parts. I received my reimbursement for the expense to have the phone checked by a repair shop within a few days of submitting the invoice. I have not reactivated my phone yet, so I cannot say how well the repairs are.

From start to finish, the service was amazing. The only complaint is it required two appointments 1 to diagnose and 1 to fix. The washer was fixed in 10 days.

I was so disappointed when my headset stopped working properly suddenly. The protection plan was very easy to redeem and I have a replace headset that works great.
My experience with Allstate Protection was exceptional and I would choose them again. Because of them I was able to get a new replacement television.
