We purchased an armoire and started to have issues with sturdiness as well as stability. Contacted Allstate and had very quick responses. After contacting them and sending pics their decision was not to try and repair but th ereiumburse full purchase monies. Very quick, no runaround and great customer service.

I bought the extra insurance from Walmart. Screen broke when dropped. Went online filled out forms and sent it back to Allstate Was returned in less than 2 weeks fully repaired like brand new!
