I bit tedious. Trying to capture a video n upload. I’m 68 years old and don’t know how to resize a video. I had a Samsung and wasn’t offered a Samsung. Knew nothing of the 3 TVS I was offered. Replacement arrived but remote was faulty. Could control via app. Instructed to send back. Revived email that they needed to substitute model. Personally I would have rather had a voucher so I could select a Samsung. I reached out to Costco and they are assisting me with next sets. My claim is in its 19th day.

However we are over two weeks into this mess and originally the wrong parts were sent and the tech told us he’d expedite the correct parts and get back to us asap. We patiently waited all last week and heard nothing. We reached back out to AllState (Square) and we have another appt schedule but not until 12/5/24. This is so frustrating. We be at a month with no washing machines
