I received the credit for my glasses the very same day I filled out the online forms and followed the instructions. Today, when I went to get my new glasses at Sam’s the process went just as smoothly. I couldn’t get my email up on my phone so I just took a screen shot on my tablet…took it it with me and…cha Ching, my new glasses will be here within two weeks. Sam’s loves the program just as much as they no longer have to do the insurance work. It’s a win win. Thank you.

When our less than 3 year old NFM power leather recliner needed to be repaired, we discovered the company was out of business and the needed part could not be purchased. The warranty reimbursed us the cost we paid for the chair since there was nothing they could do to fix it.

I generally do not buy extended warranty plans, but given my past experience with dehumidifiers, I did this time. I was pleasantly surprised how simple the procedure was. I received a check within a week of my initial contact.
