The determination that I had a valid claim only took a couple of days. After that we were informed that the payment would arrive in about six days. It arrived I think on the fifth day. The whole process was quite easy.

All of our appliances are covered by this warranty. Fortunately, we’ve only needed to use it on the dishwasher. But we are glad to have this coverage because our dishwasher has been problematic for the last year. Filing claims have been easy and problem-free. Unfortunately, after repairs had been made on three separate occasions, the problem still persisted. We are thankful that we received a full refund for the purchase price of the dishwasher, without having to put up a fight!

My granddaughters computer screen had issues and I filed the claim on line and sent the computer to the address provided - they responded immediatley by email when recoeved and had it repaired in a few days and returned within a week.

When my product couldn’t be mailed, Allstate reimbursed my purchase. Did not include tax and shipping costs, but that’s ok. I was able to replace my microphones and all is well!

Well it's like buying another fone for the cost of the plan. It pays to be simple minded and protected by ALLSTATE!
