Claim process was easy and hassle free
First Allstate said you didn't have the reciept, after I got confirmation email that it was successfully uploaded. Then Allstate said go back to manufacturer. It was an Ebay purchase. Just circled around and around w questions - finally spoke w someone who was able to process the claim successfully.
The forms for filing were easy and straightforward. The whole process was very fast, and receiving the payout was great!

The Allstate Protection Plan coverage was great. I filed a claim and on the same day they reached out to me. I provided some photos of the broken item. Within a couple of hours, they had approved my claim and had sent me information about the next steps. I was able to purchase a new item almost immediately. I also purchased another protection plan on the new item I was buying. Fantastic service. Great customer experience. Highly rated. I will use them again in the future.
