The entire process took less than 10 minutes with me getting a gift card to use as I shop for the replacement. I've used the protection plan service multiple times each with extremely favorable results. It's a no brainer to add the coverage when it's offered.
I was surprised I didn’t have any issues. I recommend to insure your purchases when possible. You just never know when they will stop working. If they don’t, great ! but for peace of mind, a few extra dollars is well worth it, in my opinion.

Getting the replacement was so simple & easy. Got my new TV in 3 days Only "con" was disposing the old one. Lol
Because of a misunderstanding, the techs should were incorrectly scheduled, they still showed up listened to what my husband had to say, took the necessary steps to correct the issue by making necessary calls, and then fixed the issue we were haveing with our basement drain and how to take care of it.
We received our product by fixed however it broke the exact same spot a week and a half later.
