The charging case for my Soundcore Space a40 earbuds quit working/charging. I used my Allstate insurance claim and it was almost immediately approved. They shipped me a brand new pair of Soundcore a30i earbuds as a replacement for my Space a40 buds that were not in stock at the time.I received them very quickly,in 3 days I believe,from Amazon,and were delivered on a Sunday. Very happy with Allstate!

Allstate customer service was prompt and easy to work with. I received a check for the covered amount in a timely fashion. I plan to use this company again!
They fixed my phone pretty fast and communicated with me if there was a issue getting in the phone , I got the phone back which took a day or 2 after the fix and it's working beautiful thank you so much for your help with my screen issue.

Repair shop had a difficult time finding my claim. Once found it went great
Everything was great from the representatives. Just takes a little long together. Gift card still waiting on.Thank you very much
Not to bad to file claim, do not like filling out paperwork, expected full eyeglass replacement cost at SAM's Club but had to pay $85.00 to boot plus $25 deductible. Still not sure this amount is correct but who has time to pursue this claim further.
