While I had issues initially (email address wouldn't work) Allstate worked with me and got the issue solved right away. The upload process was quick and easy and I got my reimbursement within a day.
I had bought the protection plan at sam's club for my eyeglasses. It's well in the basement, they fell off my face and scratched the lenses. All state came through in spades.Refunding my complete purchase price, minus my twenty five dollar deductible. It was, fast easy, and a great experience all the way around.
