I reported my issue and received instructions on next steps, and I immediately responded. I later received an email to select a replacement TV, and the next morning, a 2nd one that was updated with different choices. Two days later I received my new TV and I am happy! I feel this is hands down the best protection plan to get as I didn’t even have to send in the damaged electronics I purchased. I was sent a check to replace them and that was that. Awesome service!
Whenever I purchase items for my kids, I make sure I purchase the protection plan. Just so happens, Walmart always uses Allstate. Every time I need to file a claim, the service is top notch, from start to finish. Great quality employees and plans.
The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful especially because I was already frustrated with Walmart, where I bought the product and not receiving the help I was expecting to get. By the end of the phone call I was happy with the solution and the professional courtesy that I received!!
