I contacted Allstate regarding my reclining chair. The foot part that comes out when you recline had broken. I contacted them to see about having someone come and fix it. I sent in photos of the chair and the broken part. To my surprise, I was sent a check for the full purchase price to purchase another one. This was filed and settled in a week. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Allstate was awesome. Got a pricey generator. It worked for months only. The store refused to exchange the generator. They directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer say " No take it back to store" still under the period to be exchange...to make the story short.
