Bought coverage. Had failed product. Allstate paid claim, no hassles or delays. Just as it rarely is, but always should be. In this instance, with this plan and company, they ROCK. This is the second such transaction with second appliance failure, but same satisfactory result.
Allstate referred the issue to Samsung's customer service in short order, less than two days. Samsung spent the following six weeks diagnosing the problem, trying to repair the product and ultimately replacing and delivering the replacement. The entire process took slightly less than two months.
